Challenge 2
Shut Up and Cook!
It’s time to buckle down and attack our fitness plans where it matters most, in the kitchen. Push yourself to cook 2 meals at home a day, 5 days out of the week. To make it interesting, prepare 2 meals a week over open flame. We love to see food on the grill.
