Stovemonkeys Catering offers a unique dining experience, combining comfort and elegance. Chef Michael Lynch, with his extensive background in fine dining and hotel management, brings world-class hospitality to your home or chosen venue.
Chef Lynch’s culinary journey began at the age of 15 in New Braunfels, TX, and he swiftly made his mark in the American fine dining scene. Following rigorous training at Houston’s renowned River Oaks Country Club and working at Hugo’s under the James Beard Award-winning chef Hugo Ortega, Lynch achieved his first Executive Chef role at just 25 in a Hilton property located in Boerne, Texas
